Työhönsä hän ammentaa näistä kulttuurien, perinteiden ja kielten kohtaamispisteistä.

Amanda Kauranne has her roots in Border-Karelia and Häme area, and homes in Vantaa, Finland and Cantoira, Italian Alps.

She draws inspiration to her work from the meeting points of these cultures, traditions, and languages.
